Little Rock to Fayetteville: An Open Conversation About Collective Liberation with Omni Center

1236934_572240889499378_277912992_nMembers of the recently formed group Little Rock Collective Liberation will be visiting the Omni Center for Peace Justice and Ecology this coming Sunday to have a roundtable conversation about the larger concepts of collective liberation and the importance of building locally-based movements that work across wedge issues.

Anyone interested in anti-racist work and building working class movements is invited to attend! It doesn’t matter if you’re a seasoned social justice activist or someone who just wants to learn more. Please join us. We’re all learning together.

This conversation will proceed a visit to Fayetteville by author and organizer Chris Crass. To learn more about Crass’s visit on September 11, go here.  We’ll explore some of the concepts in the book while also thinking creatively about how we can work locally and form relationships across the state, both rural and urban.

Little Rock Collective Liberation is a growing collective working to build working-class multiracial movements to unite our local communities.
